- 1 Medium Apple
- 1 tbsp Cocoburst Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Granola
- Slice the apple in half width wise. Remove the core. Slice each half to form 1cm wide rings.
- Generously spread almond butter on one apple slice.
- Sprinkle granola over almond butter and top with another apple slice.
- Repeat steps 2 - 4 using remaining apple slices and almond butter.
