Bounty Cake
Prepare Chocolate cake base
✨In a bowl combine 1/4 cup maida, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 2 pinch of baking soda, pinch of salt, 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp instant coffee powder.
✨In another bowl, add 1 tbsp @jindalcocoa
semi sweet dark chocolate buttons , 1 tbsp butter & melt chocolate .
✨Add 1/4 cup milk, few drops of vanilla essence, 1.5 tbsp caster sugar . Mix well and dissolve sugar.
✨ Add all dry ingredients, mix well without lumps.
✨ pour batter to greased mug. Bake cake on medium to low flame for 20 minutes.
( Note - pre heat kadai on medium flame for 10 minutes)
✨allow cake to completely cool down & slice it into 4 equal parts.

Prepare coconut topping
✨In a kadai roast 1.5 tbsp Bombay rava on low flame for few minutes. untill you get nice aroma. Keep aside
✨in same pan, add 1/2 cup milk, 6 tbsp water, allow it to boil.
✨add roasted rava, 1/4 cup coconut flour, cook on low flame until rava gets cooked completely.
✨add sugar and cook for few minutes untill it holds shape. Switch off the flame .allow it to completely cool down.
✨finally assemble coconut layer on top of chocolate cake base. Spread @jindalcocoa Super Belge Chocolate Ganache.
