Ragi Pancake

Ingredients –

  • 1 cup Ragi flour
  • 2 tbsp Jaggery powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp Jindal Cocoa cocoa powder
  • Jindal Cocoa Chocolate Syrup for drizzling

Easy steps –

  • Mix all the ingredients together and make a batter
  • Brush the pan with ghee or butter
  • put the batter on the pan and spread it over to make small pancakes 
  • flip on both the sides until cooked properly
  • top it up with thick and gooey Jindal Cocoa Chocolate Syrup
