Method:

  • Combine all ingredients into an microwave safe mug

  • Mix with a small whisk until the batter is smooth

  • Cook in microwave for about 2 mins. If still not ready add an additional 20 seconds to it

  • Let cake cool a few minutes in the mug before eating

  • Scoop, bite, enjoy
