Protein Peanut Spread Hummus

FRIDAY FRENZY!


Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas

  • Tahini

  • Vanilla extract

  • Jindal Cocoa’s high protein peanut spread

  • Salt

Method:

  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas

  • Add the chickpeas, Jindal Cocoa’s high protein Peanut Chocolate Spread, tahini and vanilla extract to a food processor and blend until smooth

  • Add a pinch of salt if desired

  • Transfer the chocolate hummus to a small serving dish and dip in some biscuits, crackers, and fruits etc.
